EelPie.com is a website wholly controlled by Eel Pie Recording Productions Limited. By using our website and/or registering as a member of thewhostore.com, you confirm your agreement to the terms and conditions of eelpie.com, including the privacy policy, as set out below.

  • Eel Pie Recording Productions Limited ("eelpie.com") is entitled to refuse any order placed by you.
  • If your order is accepted, we will send you an e-mail or written confirmation of the acceptance of your order.
  • You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of booking, ordering or purchasing goods or services or entering auctions are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of product, service or bid.
  • Registration is only open to persons who are 18 years of age and over and who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
  • If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform eelpie.com as soon as possible.
  • Costs of foreign products or services may be subject to currency fluctuations.
  • We attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site at any one time is accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that it will be fault-free.
  • eelpie.com does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
  • We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
  • eelpie.com does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of the web site or for any products or services purchased from the web site. eelpie.com will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim. Our liability applies only to the extent permitted by law.

  • Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged on most goods and services within the European Union. Books are zero-rated for VAT in the UK. For non-book items the rate is 17.5%. eelpie.com is required by law to collect VAT on orders dispatched to most countries within the European Union. Orders sent to addresses anywhere else in the world will not be subject to VAT but they may be subject to local taxes and customs charges which are the recipients responsibility. For customers with a delivery address within the EU, VAT charges for your order will be itemised on your order.
  • You may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over such charges and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from EelPie.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

RETURNS

We want you to be pleased when you buy items from eelpie.com so we believe in a simple returns policy. If you decide you no longer want the item purchased, simply return it to us within 7 days of recieving it. As long as the item is unused (and in the case of sealed items, the seal must be unbroken), we will refund the item in full. If you receive a damaged or defective item as a result of our error, we will promptly send you a replacement after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. In the event of items being sold out (for example Limited Editions) we will send you a full refund.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept cancellations or amendments of orders more than 24 hours after you have made the order.
